Can I return my merchandise?
Since each item is custom made to order, returns are generally not accepted, and we are only able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes we have made. In those cases, a corrected, exact replacement is sent to you.
Do you charge sales tax?
Unless otherwise noted, items sold by Upparel, Inc. are subject to sales tax in select states in accordance with the applicable laws of that state.
Can I cancel an order?
To provide you with the fastest service possible, once an order is in production and final payment has been arranged, it cannot be cancelled.
How do I become a representative?
Want to join the Upparel family? Our process is easy! Submit your application on our Representatives page, once approved you will be paid by commission or on a flat rate for the orders you send our way!
What are your shipping fees?
Most shipping estimates are listed on a per order basis due to the variability per order. We offer generic UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL rates for standard, two day, and overnight delivery. If you have a specific in hands need, please contact customer service.
What is your production time?
Most orders are scheduled on a per order basis, but standard production and delivery is typically met 12 business days after the order is placed. Additional shipping options are available.
Can I pay by check?
Yes! If paying by check, please place your order as you normally would online. When choosing the payment option please pick MAIL IN PAYMENT – then print it out and send along with your check or money order. Please include your order number on the check. (Please be aware the check needs to clear before we begin production.)
What if my order is for a fundraiser?
Upparel will offer to donate a portion of the proceeds from the final net sale on your behalf in an effort to give back to the communities that help make these orders possible. Check out our Charity page to learn more!
